In a collaboration no one could have predicted (but somehow feels like it was prophesied in a Cracker Barrel bathroom stall), Dolly Parton and Motley Crüe have joined forces for a reimagined version of “Home Sweet Home.”

What begins with Dolly’s crystalline voice softly whispering “I’m on my way…” quickly escalates into Vince Neil roaring through the chorus like he’s trying to out-sing a lawnmower.

Critics have called the track “a spiritual crisis wrapped in leather fringe,” while fans describe it as “the sound of their divorced parents getting along for one last family barbecue.”

Highlights include:

  • Tommy Lee playing drums with one hand while live-streaming from his hot tub.
  • Dolly changing the lyric to “my heart’s on the front porch swing” and somehow making America cry.
  • Nikki Sixx and Dolly harmonizing like two ghosts trapped in the same nostalgic diner.

The duet has already been submitted for every Grammy category, including Best Country Performance, Best Rock Collaboration, and Most Bizarre Attempt at Healing a Nation Through Power Ballad Alchemy™.

When asked why she did it, Dolly replied:

“Honey, if Jesus can hang with sinners, I can sing with Motley Crüe.”

And with that, we are all on our way… home sweet home.
